Yes, because they are on the hirelist. I guess It doesnt change unless they are on a team. :(

Maybe Nadhir Shafeeq or Eddie Plummer would be a good rider for your team? They are both on the hirelist and only 29. Tip: you can see all the trained riders on the hire list by clicking on AV (to sort by average)
look in the top left corner. it says day __ of 90. I see that you released your old guys. good choice. I would now just look to buy some riders. :)

Hey, on OCM day 13 there will be an update that will decrease older rider's value. I highly suggest you sell all your 31+ yo riders and replace them. :)
